30-Day Returns

We offer a money-back guarantee on eligible items within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

Maximus Tactical will cover the cost of return shipping. For a full return of an order, your refund will include the full purchase price of the returned items as well as the original shipping charges paid on the order.

Partial Returns

If you return only part of your order, we will refund the purchase price of the returned items and cover the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded on partial returns.

 

Cancellation

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may still cancel it by logging in and going to your account page. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be canceled and a return/refund must be initiated instead.

 

Mystery Items

Mystery Items can only be returned for store credit.

 

Received the Wrong Item or Size?

If we sent you an item or size different from what you ordered, please contact us. We'll make it right and send you the correct item as soon as possible.

 

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Lost or missing packages

• If your package is missing in transit or shows as delivered to your address but cannot be located, you must report the missing package to us within 14 days of the expected delivery date or the date the package was marked as delivered by the carrier.
• Once you have reported it to us, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier determines that the package was lost, we will reship your order at no charge if stock is available.
• We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

 

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or would like a different item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
