No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest every time.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. It will also allow you to view the status of orders and control your account. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal details. Your information will always be kept private

We accept payments via Paypal, Shop Pay, and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express. You also have the ability to receive and maintain store credit to use at checkout.

You can cancel your order anytime before it has been fulfilled and shipped out. Once the order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled and must be handled through our return process.

You can enter your discount code at checkout. A valid code will reflect the appropriate discount.

After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us to confirm that your order has been received. However, orders may be subject to payment or fraud review before shipment.

You can also check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

If you forgot to enter a discount code before completing checkout, contact us with your order number and the code. We'll review the order and let you know what options are available.
